Rio Grande Valley residents receive ONE ADDITIONAL HOUR at no cost.
Additional time is billed at $100 per hour, in 15-minute increments.
Best for parents seeking direct advocacy and meeting attendance.
Includes 4 hours of advocacy services, including attendance at the ARD/IEP or Section 504 meeting.
Services Include
One (1) hour initial consultation
Review of the student’s educational records
One (1) hour preparation meeting with written recommendations and strategy planning
Phone, text, and email consultations (count toward the 4-hour total)
Advocate attendance at the ARD/IEP or Section 504 meeting
Review of the finalized IEP or Section 504 Plan
