RIO GRANDE VALLEY RESIDENT BENEFIT
Rio Grande Valley residents receive ONE ADDITIONAL HOUR at no cost.
Additional time is billed at $100 per hour, in 15-minute increments, with detailed time documentation provided.
Best for parents who want professional guidance but will attend the ARD/IEP or Section 504 meeting independently.
Includes 3 hours of advocacy support focused on preparation and follow-up. The advocate does not attend the meeting.
Services Include
One (1) hour initial consultation (phone, virtual, or in person)
Review of the student’s educational records
One (1) hour preparation meeting with written recommendations, suggested requests, and action steps
Phone, text, and email consultations (count toward the 3-hour total)
Review of the IEP or Section 504 Plan after the meeting
